Tri-Town offers a full range of Employment, Education and Training programs to help youth and adults acquire the skills necessary to identify, plan, and succeed in their individual academic and career goals.

Financial Stability Counseling

Provides financial literacy and education services to youth and adults ages 14 and up. Youth receive age appropriate training through the YouthLinks Program and adults access services through Tri-Town’s Emergency Services Department, Homelessness Prevention Program, or Tax Preparation Program. The curriculum, based on the FDIC;s Smart Money Program, includes budgeting, banking basics, credit and lenders, debt consolidation, consumer protection and fraud, home ownership and retirement planning. Available to all RI residents.
