Offers alternative to Family Court for first time juvenile offenders referred directly from the local police. Sanctions are imposed, with a case management focus, to divert juvenile offenders from a second offense while identifying problems affecting their behavior, such as truancy, disobedience, and delinquency. Tri-Town coordinates the Boards for juvenile offenders and their families in the Towns of Johnston, Smithfield, North Providence, Scituate, Glocester, and Foster.
