Certified Diabetes Outpatient Education (CDOE)
Diabetes Education Program provided in 6 week sessions to patients with diabetes and their caregivers/ significant other. Facilitated by a CDOE Certified Registered Nurse, Dietician, and Pharmacist.  Tri-Town is a CDOE Certified site, by the RI Department of Health. Statewide program for individuals diagnosed with diabetes.
